No. Content is private by default. Habitat, WURKSPACE staff and super-admins do not have blanket access to workspace content — access requires an explicit, time-bound, logged admin override that the workspace owner is notified about.

No. Workspace content is not used to train third-party foundation models. AI features send only the prompt and the minimum necessary context to vetted model providers, under contractual no-training terms.

You do. Uploaded content remains the customer's property. WURKSPACE holds only the operating rights necessary to run the service you've asked it to run.

Yes. Workspace owners can delete individual projects and documents, and can request full workspace deletion. Deletion timelines and backup retention are published in the Trust Centre.

Yes. Projects, documents, decisions, approvals and communications can be exported at any time — so leaving is always a one-click option, not a hostage negotiation.

Your workspace enters a read-only grace period during which you can export everything. After the grace window, data is scheduled for deletion per the published retention policy. Nothing is retained indefinitely without your consent.

Yes. Every workspace is fully isolated. Content is private by default — only invited members with explicit roles can access it, and inter-workspace sharing is always opt-in and per-item.

There's a free plan for small teams and first projects, and paid tiers that scale with members, projects, AI usage, storage and enterprise controls. Current plans, prices, AI credits and storage limits live on the Pricing page — that is always the source of truth.

Yes. Annual billing is offered at a discount to the monthly rate on paid tiers. Current discount levels are shown on the Pricing page.

Yes. Enterprise pricing is available for organisations that need SSO, custom roles, dedicated onboarding, procurement paperwork, DPAs, custom data-residency and volume terms. Contact the Sales team to scope your requirement.

Pricing shown on the website is inclusive of applicable taxes unless the Pricing page states otherwise. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued automatically after every successful payment. Add your GSTIN and business name at checkout to claim input tax credit.

Team members are counted per active seat in your workspace. External guests (client-invited experts and vendors) are handled separately — see the Pricing page for the current definition of member vs guest.

Storage allowances vary by plan and are published on the Pricing page so they stay current. Additional storage packs are available on paid tiers.

AI features consume credits scaled to how much AI work you actually use. Every paid plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance, with top-ups on paid tiers. Current allowances, top-up rates and enterprise terms live on the Pricing page.

From Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Your workspace, projects and data carry over untouched.

Cancel or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; cancellation stops further charges immediately and the workspace stays on the current plan until the paid period ends.

Full terms are on the Refund & Cancellation page. Summary: you can cancel any time; unused annual periods are eligible for pro-rated refund per the published policy.
