Your workspace is private by default.
Every project, document, decision and conversation inside your workspace is private to your organisation. WURKSPACE does not share workspace content with other workspaces, and does not use workspace content to train third-party models.
Your data belongs to you.
Content created by your organisation in WURKSPACE remains owned by your organisation. You can export it. You can delete it. We hold it for you — we do not claim it.
Engineered for serious organisations.
All traffic between your browser and WURKSPACE is encrypted using modern TLS.
Workspace data is stored encrypted at rest on our managed cloud infrastructure.
Row-level security governs every read and write. Members only see what their role allows.
Responsible AI by design.
When you use AI features inside WURKSPACE, prompts and the minimum necessary context are sent to vetted model providers to generate the response. We do not allow your workspace content to be retained for model training by those providers. AI output is always presented as an assistant suggestion — every important decision remains with a named human owner.
Resilience by default.
The managed database hosting your workspace is backed up continuously and snapshotted daily. We test restore procedures so recovery is a routine operation, not a fire drill.

WURKSPACE follows industry-standard security practices today. Formal third-party certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001 and regional equivalents) are on the roadmap and will be announced only after they are independently audited — never before.
