Intellectual Property Notice

Studio by Habitat ("Studio") is an interface to a body of proprietary knowledge developed by Habitat Design and Arts Pvt Ltd ("Habitat") over many years of architectural, interior, and workplace projects. This notice describes how that intellectual property is shared with you and what remains the exclusive property of Habitat.
What you receive
Through Studio you receive decision-grade insights, deliverables, and guidance produced from Habitat's proprietary models. This includes project plans, risk assessments, readiness scores, timeline estimates, budget ranges, vendor recommendations, and related artifacts generated for your specific engagement.
What remains Habitat's intellectual property
The following assets are confidential intellectual property of Habitat and are not shared, licensed, or transferred through your use of Studio:
- Cost benchmark databases and historical pricing datasets
- Vendor ratings, scorecards, and qualification methodologies
- Internal algorithms, scoring models, weights, and feature definitions used by Habitat tools
- Reference project libraries, comparable-project lookups, and any underlying training data
- Habitat's playbooks, frameworks, and operational templates not explicitly delivered to you as part of your engagement
Studio is designed so that these assets power the insights you receive without exposing the underlying datasets themselves. You may see a derived recommendation or range, but the raw benchmark, vendor record, or model output is not provided.
Your use of Studio outputs
Deliverables Habitat generates for your project are licensed to you for use within that project. You may not (a) redistribute Studio's decision-support tools to third parties, (b) attempt to extract or reconstruct the proprietary datasets behind them, or (c) use Studio outputs to train competing models.
Reverse engineering
You agree not to scrape, mirror, automate access to, or otherwise attempt to enumerate Studio's internal references, benchmarks, or vendor data. Such activity violates these terms and may violate applicable law.
